Office Hours

Our office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time during the booking season (January through October). During the summer operating season (June through September), our staff may be on the trail. If you reach voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours.

Planning Your Trip

When contacting us about a potential trip, it helps to have the following information ready:

• Your preferred dates and trip length
• Number of people in your party, including ages of any children
• Primary interest (fly fishing, hunting, scenic pack trip, or combination)
• Experience level with horseback riding
• Any dietary restrictions or medical conditions we should be aware of

We recommend booking at least six months in advance for summer fishing trips and a year or more for fall hunting trips, as our wilderness camps have limited capacity and popular dates fill quickly.
